Paragon Market Place Buffet Expands Menu Items Beginning Saturday Marksville - If you can't get enough crawfish at Crawfish Jams in downtown New Roads tomorrow, take the 45 minute drive up LA 1 to Paragon Casino's Market Place Buffet and enjoy the new expanded menu items being added to the buffet beginning tomorrow. All-you-can-eat crawfish is now available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and all-you-can-eat crab legs on Fridays.
